Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site Follow-up survey completed on August 25, 2021, Promise Hospice was found to have corrected the deficiencies and to be in compliance with the requirements of 42CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced on-site State Re-Licensure and Medicare Recertification completed on April 16, 2021.
